Our team, at Everest Homes Real Estate, has a combined experience of more than 50 years in U.A.E & UK real estate sales, lettings/leasing’s & property management. We have been operational in Dubai,U.A.E since 2011 and are committed to continiously provide timely opportunities and above average services to customers for renting, buying and investing in properties.

I feel very proud of Everest Homes Real Estate broker and how far it has come. What started in a small office in international city in 2011, has now steadily transcended into a strong medium sized company based in Dubai marina with an office having amazing marina views! Our vision was to become a part of Dubai’s monumental real estate development history while catering to our valuable clients’ real estate needs. 

I believe Everest Homes has managed to do precisely that, having been around for 10 years, this company has seen perhaps, all phases of the dynamic real estate market in Dubai, experiencing the steady development of Dubai real estate, then the sudden worldwide financial crises of 2008, to the recovery of 2011 and boom of 2016. The company remained steadfast and strong through the covid-19 crises and is now set to look forward to the brighter future of Dubai opening with expo 2020. I feel that the future of Everest Homes is brighter than ever and it will continue to grow alongside the growing and awe-inspiring real estate development of Dubai and U.A.E.

Hi Just taken the service from Salman ( Everest Homes Real Estate) to get apartment in Dubai Marina, They are very professional and always ready to help. There are some initial issue with apartment and Salman is doing follow up and resolving all. I recommend this agency for any housing need.

They handed over my apartment 2 years ago in a very bad state although I was promised that everything will be fixed before I moved in. I moved out 2 months ago and now they are deducting from my deposit to repair those very same things that were broken when I moved in. The Agent knows very well how the apartment was handed over to me but he is pretending that everything was fixed. I have pictures from when I moved in. I’m still waiting for almost 2 months to receive my deposit.
